My guest today is Lorraine Connell. She first caught my attention with some great blog posts on her site Peers Not Fears and now she has a new podcast that features voices of students, as well as teachers called Unimagined. Among other things, she has been working with all students to help develop their leadership skills. It’s a great conversation that includes questioning our pre-conceived ideas of what student leadership looks like to include all learners, dealing with implicit bias and going gradeless. And to top that off, Lorraine aces The 5-Minute Game Show.!

Special thanks to my guest Lorraine and to my fauxmercial voice helpers Naftali Bookstein and Tuvia Frankel.
